The need of affordable renting is addressed by making an open call for little owners to offer tenants their empty flats under an urban fam contract. The rent payment is substituted by the restoration and maintenance expenses.
Impact indicators
- In 2018 the city council already counts with five accommodations that have been added to the urban farm pool.
- People with empty and unused flats put them in the municipal rental housing pool.
