Social inclusion housing and affordable renting

It makes housing easily accessible on exceptional occasions for people who lack the resources to avoid social exclusion, people who do not have enough resources to access ordinary rental housing, and youth.

Impact indicators
  • 20 working years that contributed to local social politics in terms of housing and social exclusion and avoided possible occupations of empty flats.
  • A shared management of 56 social renting houses from which 156 people benefit: 96 adults and 60 minors.
  • The foundation works closely with the Social Services of Calella. 90% of users go there referred by the area of Social Politics of the Calella city council.
